1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Metal AM Intelligence by ADITIV Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADITIV Ltd.
2.Description of Service
Metal AM Intelligence by ADITIV Ltd provides curated news, peer-reviewed research, AI-generated analysis, and intelligence reports related to metal additive manufacturing.
Content is aggregated from publicly available sources and generated using AI assistance. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, investment, engineering, or legal advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on content from this platform.
3.User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities carried out under your account
- Ensuring your account details are accurate and kept up to date
You must notify us immediately at contact@aditiv.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, breach of these Terms, or non-payment.
4.Subscription & Payments
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. The following terms apply:
Billing currency
All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected). You will be charged using the payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Access to paid features will be restored once a valid payment method is provided and the outstanding amount is settled.
Price changes
We may update subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before your next renewal date.
5.Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including:
- AI-generated insights, analysis, and reports
- Curated news summaries and research digests
- Platform design, structure, and code
— is owned by ADITIV Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Third-party source articles remain the property of their respective publishers.
Restrictions — you may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or republish platform content without written permission
- Share account access or generated reports outside your organisation
- Use content for commercial resale or competitive intelligence products
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means
6.Acceptable Use
You may use the platform for internal, informational purposes only. You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or performance
- Submit false or misleading information
You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the information provided by the platform.
7.Limitation of Liability
The platform and its content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADITIV Ltd is not liable for:
- Business or investment decisions made using content from the platform
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, errors, or omissions in content
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- Misuse or fraudulent activity is detected
- Required to do so by law
On termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
9.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or via an in-platform notice before the new Terms take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
